Minimum order is 12 bottles this can be a case selection or you can choose 12 bottles of your choice with a minimum spend of £ 120.
It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor or for any person over the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating liquor for any person under the age of 18. MG Wines is committed to upholding its legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. By placing an order you confirm that you and the recipient of the wine are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity.
Wines purchased from us are for the customer's own use only (which may include their use as gifts for third parties). Wines may not be re-sold or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
Our standard delivery service is within 2-3 days (Monday to Friday). The delivery charge is free in the UK if you spend £135 and over.
You may receive communications from our courier during the delivery process. Our delivery company will leave your wine with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not in.
Currently we do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

Returns and Refunds
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase. Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to be able to process your refund. We recommend that products are sent by registered post with your local post office or by courier so that you can track the products and that you always retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded.
Once we receive your item, we'll review it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
